There are different plans suits everyone including a free trial for small amount of requests, but it’s rate is limit to prevent abuse of the service.
The API uses API keys for authentication. To access the API, include your API key in the request header. The API key is provided upon registration and should be kept secure.
The API returns detailed information about the age and history of a domain, including years, months and days since its creation, as well as expiration and update dates.
Each endpoint returns JSON data. The Create Disposable Mail endpoint provides a temporary email address and its status. Retrieve Mail Details returns account information, including expiration. Fetch Mail Messages lists received messages, while Retrieve Message gives details about a specific email. Retrieve Attachment provides a download link for attachments.
Key fields include "id" (unique identifier), "address" (temporary email), "createdAt" (creation date), "totalItems" (number of messages), "subject" (email subject), and "downloadUrl" (link for attachments). These fields help users manage and track their temporary emails effectively.
The endpoints primarily accept POST requests. For Create Disposable Mail, no parameters are needed. Retrieve Mail Details requires the email ID. Fetch Mail Messages and Retrieve Message need the email ID as well. Retrieve Attachment requires the message ID to access specific attachments.
Response data is structured in JSON format, with nested objects for complex data. For example, Fetch Mail Messages includes "totalItems" and an array of "member" objects, each containing details like "from," "subject," and "hasAttachments." This organization allows easy parsing and access to relevant information.
Each endpoint provides specific information: Create Disposable Mail gives the email address and status; Retrieve Mail Details shows account expiration; Fetch Mail Messages lists all received emails; Retrieve Message details a specific email; and Retrieve Attachment offers download links for files.
Users can utilize the data by integrating it into applications for privacy protection. For instance, they can automate the registration process using the temporary email, retrieve verification messages for testing, and download attachments directly from the API responses, enhancing user experience and security.
Typical use cases include signing up for online services without revealing personal emails, testing email functionalities in applications, and managing spam by using temporary addresses. Users can also download attachments from emails received at these temporary addresses for further analysis.
Data accuracy is maintained through automated systems that generate and manage temporary emails. The API ensures that each email address is unique and valid for the specified duration. Regular checks are performed to confirm that messages and attachments are correctly associated with the respective temporary addresses.
